ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Vanessa Torres is an experienced public speaker and creative writer. She has a uniquely empowered voice that shines through in her Butterfly Blogs and book titled Unshackled: The Unfinished Journey. Her goals include sharing her spiritual awakening and how her journey has helped her heal from sexual abuse and shame. Driven by a desire to inspire others, she takes pride in providing motivational content for women who long for restoration and a closer walk with their Creator. Vanessa has over a decade of experience working with diverse and underprivileged communities. She holds a B.A. in Communications and an M.Ed. from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
