Shelia W. Bullock is a loving wife to her husband Michael, caregiver for her Mother, encouraging auntie, big-sis, friend, cousin, niece, sister-in-law, and photo enthusiast. Shelia is an active member of First Baptist Church South Hill (FBSH), Chesapeake, Virginia under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Rev. Michael R. Toliver. At FBSH she serves as Deaconess, and a devoted and invaluable volunteer to the Intercessory Prayer Ministry. Shelia serves with a servant’s heart. Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11. Her favorite method of vacating is sailing the ocean seas!
Shelia is a native of Suffolk, Virginia. She graduated from Forest Glen High School and Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She also obtained a certificate in Acquisition from Tidewater Community College, Portsmouth, Virginia. Shelia further pursed studies in Religious Studies from the University of Lynchburg, Lynchburg, Virginia, (Suffolk Site).
Shelia is an employee with the Department of Defense at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic Norfolk, Virginia as an Ordering Technician.
