Shareese was born and raised in La Plata, MD. She is a hometown girl with a worldwide vision and a heart for the community. She is a lifelong Charles County resident and lives in Waldorf, MD. Shareese began a career in Information Technology over 20 years ago; landing her first career job at the White House, under the Clinton/Gore Administration. Currently, Shareese is an IT Systems Manager. While Shareese’s profession has grown and soared, her passion has always been in Service & Community. In 2019, Shareese went after her dreams and formed her non-Profit, LifeTeam, Inc, which provides SERVICE, ADVOCACY, SUPPORT & AWARENESS in three targeted platform areas: Mental Health, Sexual Abuse, and Teenage Pregnancy. All in which Shareese experienced firsthand. Her dream is to make an impact in the world.
Shareese has a passion to see people outlive their past failures, hurts and rejections. She whole-heartedly believes that we all have a story to tell, and that our life “messes” can become our life “message”. Shareese helps others to see purpose through their pain, and to use their voice to combat shame & silence. Her favorite verse in the Bible and one that speaks to her every day is Deuteronomy 30:19; “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would CHOOSE LIFE……”
