ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Shenay is a licensed minister of the gospel, minister of dance, entrepreneur, facilitator, and co-author of a 365-day devotional entitled One DAE at a Time: Intentional Declarations, Affirmations, and Encouragement for Women. She is the owner of She Shed Creations where she brings fun and creativity together to create personalized gifts for every occasion. Shenay attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she studied Psychology and Social Work. Shenay is the co-founder of Establishing Praise and Worship Dance & Mime Ministry. She leads local dance ministries and travels the United States ministering and teaching dance.
Through her indispensable relationship with God, Shenay manifests the power in which she lives, ministers, and teaches. She has a passion for outreach to the homeless and those in need. Shenay has a mission yearly to provide basic necessities (food, clothing, and toiletries) to those who can’t afford it. Her hobbies include traveling, scrapbooking, and shopping with her teenage miracle Goddaughter, Tyara.
Shenay is confident to walk into any assignment the Lord presents to her. She is bold enough to be the “Unicorn” in this world, knowing the importance of uniquely celebrating, encouraging, and loving others. She strives to allow others to see the light and great works in her. She is living her whole life to hear the Lord say, “Well Done!”
