Keah Mason received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Towson University, and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel College. Since 2010, she has worked as a teacher for Charles County Public Schools in Maryland.
As an instructional leader, Keah participated in developing reading curriculum and instructional activities for elementary students. While presenting professional development for teachers in reading, math, and even self-care, she has also served as a trainer and co-chair for the membership committee of the Education Association of Charles County.
Keah is a certified lead facilitator for REAL Women Rock, a non-profit organization that unites women from various backgrounds to connect in a community for the purpose of growth and personal development. Keah writes and edits blog posts, hosts virtual sister circles, and leads a monthly in-person sister circle in Charles County, MD.
Keah is a member of Zion Church where she serves regularly. In 2018, she organized a women’s kickball league for Charles County Parks and Recreation.
Keah is one of the contributing authors for the book, REAL Women on the Journey: A Traveler’s Guide for Everyday Life released in December of 2017.
