Dr. Synetheia N. Newby is The Purpose Cultivator, helping individuals make the environment of their lives conducive for living IN and ON purpose! She is the Owner and Founder of I Am Dr. Newby Global LLC, President and Lead Consultant of Greater Works Global Solutions LLC, and the creator of the BACÚ™ brand. Dr. Synetheia encourages individuals to live and lead boldly, authentically, courageously, and unapologetically! She also hosts The Lioness Den, a podcast for courageous conversations with women who lead.
Dr. Synetheia is an international speaker and national training consultant with over twenty years of demonstrated and dynamic experience as a motivational speaker, training specialist, organizational strategist, and coach. Dr. Synetheia’s essential areas of expertise include leadership development, personal development, crisis intervention, and management. She possesses over twenty years of experience as a leadership development trainer, local government executive, executive leader in non-profit and faith-based sectors, and an entrepreneurial leader. As an author, Dr. Synetheia has written three e-books and coauthored a daily devotional entitled One DAE at a Time: Intentional Declarations, Affirmations, and Encouragement for Women. Her first published work, The Liberated Leader: Leading UP from the INSIDE OUT, is scheduled for release in 2022.
Dr. Synetheia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management with a Human and Organizational Development concentration. She earned a doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Leadership Coaching from Regent University.
